Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Senior Sales and Market Unit Coordinator for ANZ to partner with the Sales Leadership team, driving operating rhythm, planning and cross-functional initiatives. You will manage executive calendars, lead leadership forums, and coordinate critical actions with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing and Product Management.

The role requires initiative, business acumen and strong relationship building, with onsite responsibilities in Bella Vista.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Sales Coordination or Executive Support
• Experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership teams
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Event and meeting coordination experience
• Collaborative and approachable; builds rapport across levels

Responsibilities

• Drive the Market Unit operating cadence, including business planning and monthly/quarterly forecast reviews
• Act as the central coordination point for Market Unit Sales Leadership with timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate leadership forums, town halls, off-sites, workshops and Market Unit events with logistics and budget management
• Lead planning and execution of leadership forums and events, including agenda development and follow-through actions
• Manage and coordinate executive calendars, customer meetings and travel schedules to optimise time
• Own leadership meeting governance, including agenda prep, materials and action tracking
• Coordinate leadership communications and key messages to improve alignment and visibility
• Support onboarding of new team members and delivery of team initiatives
• Manage business travel, meetings and expenses in line with company policy
• Prepare executive-level presentations and management information for leadership decisions
• Build strong cross-functional relationships across Sales, Service, Finance, HR, Marketing, Product and more
• Identify and implement process improvements to improve operational effectiveness
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information
• Comply with Work, Health & Safety obligations and promote safety in the workplace
