Prysmian Group in Australia is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the I&C Project team on national tier one construction projects. You will manage queries, coordinate delivery, and maintain clear lines of communication across commercial, planning, warehouse, and production functions to keep projects on track.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and SAP.

Competenze

• Experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar role.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and numerical accuracy for tenders and delivery schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Qualification in Project Management, Business, Sales, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent relevant experience.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end project customer interaction, queries, quotes and internal communications.
• Coordinate project delivery and internal/external communication.
• Liaise between customer project team and planning/production to create project supply plan.
• Support BDM with customer events/site attendance as needed.
• Communicate across commercial, planning, warehouse, logistics and production teams.
• Maintain project progress/summary reports.
• Prepare tender quotes and relevant documentation.
