Job summary

Veritas in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to act as the main contact for customers, handling orders, enquiries and ensuring smooth communication throughout the journey.

You will manage SAP-based order processing, respond to stock & delivery updates, and support internal teams while maintaining a proactive, detail-oriented and team-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a customer service role in a product-based environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required.
• High attention to detail with excellent organisation and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders accurately using SAP.
• Provide stock, pricing, delivery delay, and ETA updates to customers.
• Follow up with customers before and after service delivery.
