Ozroll on the Gold Coast in Australia is seeking an orderly and customer-focused administrator to support order processing and coordination. You will work with the Senior Administrator and sales teams across three departments, ensuring accurate data entry and timely communication with customers.

Daily responsibilities include handling enquiries via phone and email, assisting with despatch coordination, and generating KPI reports to support smooth office operations.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the Senior Administrator and sales teams
• Processing orders for 3 departments (readymade, plantation and OB)
• Working closely with Logistic admin, to help with the shipping of all department orders
• Entering Plantation orders and liaise with customer and supervisor with the orders
• Entering Readymade orders and liaise with customer and supervisor with the orders
• Entering OB orders and liaise with customer and supervisor with the orders
• Dealing with telephone and email enquires
• Assisting with despatch coordination (stores team)
• Assist other admin duty needed around the office
• Daily KPI reporting
