Job summary

Western Work Force in Sydney's Northern Suburbs is seeking an Orders Coordinator to manage the orders process across our distribution network. This full-time role is based at our brand new head office and offers career advancement opportunities within a highly reputable global company.

You will handle order processing, coordinate shipments, liaise with clients, provide product information, pricing and delivery timelines, and maintain accurate ERP data.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Orders Coordinator/Customer Service/Sales role.
• Excellent customer service and order processing skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive approach that is solutions driven.
• Willing to learn new products.
• Strong team player.
• Full proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet, and Email).

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and coordinate shipment/logistics.
• Liaise with clients and handle queries.
• Provide product information, availability & pricing, delivery timelines, specs and payment terms.
• Data entry using the ERP system.
• Support marketing initiatives with technical information for customers.
• Organise dispatch of orders and projects.
• Maintain accurate customer records and relationships.
• Resolve order placement issues via the online portal.
• Provide administrative support to the Commercial Team.
• Follow and comply with company policies and procedures.
