Ozwide Freight is seeking an experienced Customer Service Assistant to join our busy team in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will support customers, operations and management with enquiries, tracking information and administration tasks.

The ideal candidate has transport/warehousing experience, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a professional telephone manner. Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the transport/warehousing industry and customer service or administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle competing demands.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound communication with customers.
• Responding to customer enquiries and providing timely solutions.
• Working closely with operations to achieve the best customer outcomes.
• Monitoring service issues and escalating where required.
• Accurately processing customer information and providing general administration and data entry support.
• Regular reporting back to management.
