Job summary

Kidde Global Solutions is seeking a Customer Service professional in Australia to manage end-to-end sales orders, RMAs, and communications with customers. The role involves coordinating with warehouse, purchasing and sales teams to ensure accurate delivery and timely updates via Zendesk.

You will respond to inquiries, generate required documentation, and contribute to KPI improvements through accurate reporting and process adherence.

Qualifications

At least 3 to 5 years experience in a Customer Service role.
Intermediate MS Office skills; understanding of supply chain and operations methodology.
Experience working in a team environment.
Experience in compiling Standard, Works, Standard Operating Procedures or/and Work Instructions.
Experience working with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Process customer sales orders from entry to delivery.
Log RMAs and manage returns process.
Determine actions for credits or replacements of faulty goods.
Release delivery documents and coordinate with warehouse on special shipments.
Raise commercial and pro forma documents as needed.
Coordinate with Purchasing for stock requirements and update ETA to customers.
Answer calls promptly and update Zendesk tickets.
Handle customer enquiries on stock, pricing and products.
Attend cross-functional meetings with Sales and Product Managers to resolve issues.
Prepare and distribute regular reports.
