Job summary

MCC in Australia is seeking a dedicated Customer Service/Order Management professional to join the team. You will act as the primary contact for inquiries, process quotations and orders, and ensure on-time delivery in collaboration with Production and Procurement.

You will maintain accurate customer and order information, support account managers with new product introductions, and help drive continuous improvement in service delivery through proactive communication and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Management, or similar in manufacturing/printing/industrial environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, orders, and service requests.
• Process customer quotations, sales orders, artwork approvals, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Scheduling, Pre-Press, Procurement, and Accounts teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Keep customers informed of order progress, timelines, and any changes that may impact delivery. Manage customer projects from order placement through to invoicing.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems.
• Support Account Managers and assist with new product introductions, press approvals, and subcontracted work.
• Resolve customer issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
