Engineering Networks is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team in Rydalmere, NSW. This full-time onsite role involves being a main customer contact, handling enquiries, processing orders, and collaborating with teams across Australia and New Zealand to deliver a seamless customer experience.

You will manage ERP/CRM records, resolve issues, and contribute to a supportive team with onboarding and development opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in customer service roles, ideally in technical or industrial settings.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional approach.
• Good problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage customer concerns.
• High attention to detail when entering and maintaining customer data.
• Experience using ERP/CRM systems with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries about products, pricing, and orders.
• Manage end-to-end order processing in the ERP system and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate follow-ups and provide timely order status updates by phone or email.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Assist with admin tasks like credits, claims, returns, and maintaining records.
