Job summary

Kattsafe in Melbourne is seeking a Dispatch Customer Service Coordinator to manage customer enquiries, orders, dispatch and delivery from receipt to final delivery.

You will work closely with Sales, Production, Warehouse and Transport to ensure a seamless customer experience, maintain accurate records, and contribute to process improvements. The role emphasises organisation, proactive problem solving and strong communication with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or account coordination or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, orders and delivery updates.
• Coordinate customer orders from receipt through to dispatch and delivery.
• Keep customers informed of order progress, delivery schedules and any changes.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders through clear and professional communication.
• Work closely with Sales, Production, Warehouse and Transport teams to meet customer commitments.
• Resolve customer enquiries and coordinate solutions to minimise delays and disruptions.
• Process customer orders, dispatch documentation and freight information within company systems.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a high level of attention to detail.
• Contribute ideas that improve customer service and internal processes.
