Job summary

United Rentals Australia is seeking a hands-on Branch Supervisor to lead the Sunshine branch operations. You will motivate a small team, oversee fleet, workshop and yard activities, and drive safety and efficiency on a fast-paced site.

You'll coordinate stock management, support with quotes and engineering collaboration, and champion continuous improvement while ensuring high service standards for customers and branches alike.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervising fleet, workshop and yard personnel, assigning duties in order of priority and ensuring all tasks are completed to company standards.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of stock within the branch to ensure appropriate stock to job allocation.
• Assist with the preparation of modification estimates and quotes for customers in collaboration with the Engineering team.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimise efficiency.
• Provide training and coaching to team and promote their professional development.

About the Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position is responsible for the management of the Sunshine branch operations function.
