Qualifications

About the Role

We're looking for a customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to join our team and play a key role in supporting customers throughout their rental journey. As the first point of contact for many of our Trench Safety, Propping & Pumping division customers, you'll provide outstanding service, process enquiries and hire transactions, build strong customer relationships, and help drive branch growth. This is a fast‑paced role suited to someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and contributing to a high‑performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responding to phone, email, and web enquiries promptly and professionally to facilitate equipment hire.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right equipment, accessories, and solutions.
• Preparing quotations, reservations, and contracts accurately and efficiently.
• Building relationships with new and existing customers to support repeat business.
• Coordinating equipment movements, transport bookings, and related administration.
• Maintaining accurate customer and transaction records within company systems.
• Working closely with branch, operations, and sales teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years' experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Confidence building relationships and identifying sales opportunities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong computer literacy and experience using business systems, including CRM or ERP system.
• Experience within the equipment rental, construction, industrial, or related industries will be highly regarded.
• A positive, team‑oriented approach and commitment to workplace safety.
