About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated HR Coordinator to support our branches and wider business operations across Australia and New Zealand.

In this hands‑on role, you will provide proactive HR support and coordination across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.

You will play an important role in fostering a positive, high-performance culture aligned with the values and objectives of United Rentals.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist with payroll-related processes
• Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives
• Provide HR support and guidance across employee relations, performance management, and workplace compliance
• Assist with policy implementation, training coordination, and HR documentation
• Interpret and apply employment legislation, policies, and procedures
• Support performance review processes and employee lifecycle administration
• Contribute to change management, succession planning, and organisational development initiatives
