United Rentals, the world’s largest equipment rental provider, is hiring a Sales Representative in Brisbane, QLD. You will drive new business and grow our Mobile Storage (Container) division by presenting our rental solutions to construction, civil and infrastructure clients across Queensland.

You’ll manage accounts, build relationships, and secure ongoing project wins with a professional, on-the-road sales approach.

Formación

• 3+ years in a similar sales role in construction or infrastructure.
• Ability to manage and retain business.
• Positive phone manner and excellent communication skills.

• Be on the frontline of the Sales Team, on the road creating new relationships and winning new business across QLD.
• Find, connect with, and grow sales across major projects and with tier 1–3 construction, civil and infrastructure businesses across QLD.
• Help customers understand our points of difference and extensive range of Equipment Hire solutions.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times.
• Maintain close relationships with existing accounts and ensure equipment and staff meet their requirements.

About the Role

Playing a pivotal part in our business the role of a Sales Representative is to increase customer base by introducing our portfolio of products to existing and new customers in our Mobile Storage (Container) division.

Key Responsibilities

• Being on the frontline of our Sales Team, you will be on the road creating new relationships and winning new business across QLD.
• Find, connect with, and grow sales across major projects and with all the tier 1 and 2 and tier 3 construction, civil and infrastructure businesses across QLD.
• Help our valued customers understand our points of difference, and extensiverange of the Equipment Hire solutions.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times.
• Maintain close relationships with existing accounts and ensure the company’s equipment and staff are meeting their requirements.

About You

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar sales role in Construction, Civil, Infrastructure, Renewables or related industries
• Ability to manage and retain business
• Be creative in finding new leads to talk too, resilient attitude and results focused
• You must have a positive, confident phone manner with excellent communication skills
• You understand people and business: you relate well to the market of clients' empathising with the challenges they face every day
