Job summary

United Rentals is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the day-to-day leadership of the Trench Safety division. Working closely with the Branch Manager, you’ll help drive sales growth, operational excellence, safety performance and customer satisfaction, while developing a high-performing team and stepping up to lead the branch when required.

You will manage branch operations, cooperate with the Sales team to grow accounts, and ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a branch, operations, service, rental, construction, industrial or related environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to support sales and operational performance.
• Experience coaching, motivating and developing teams.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach to safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
