United Rentals is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for the Trench Safety division in Newcastle. You will help drive sales growth, ensure operational excellence, and support safety performance while developing a high-performing team.

You may lead the branch in the Branch Manager’s absence and collaborate across workshops, yard and fleet operations to maximise efficiency. You’ll coach staff, manage customer enquiries, and build lasting customer relationships while maintaining a strong

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a branch, operations, service, rental, construction, industrial or related environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to support sales and operational performance.

• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach to safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.

About the Role
