Queensland Government in Ipswich is seeking a permanent AO4 Operations Officer to support the delivery of connected communities in Queensland. The role involves frontline customer service, investigation and resolution of difficult complaints, and preparation of material for ministerials and correspondence.

You will provide advice on legislation, policy and operational delivery, monitor data systems for governance, and coordinate the school transport and STAS schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering frontline customer service and resolving complex issues.
• Ability to interpret and apply legislation, policy and operational delivery requirements.
• Experience monitoring data systems to support governance and accountability.

Responsabilités

• Deliver frontline customer service including investigating and resolving difficult complaints.
• Provide advice to industry and stakeholders on legislation, policy and operational delivery.
• Monitor data systems to ensure accountability and governance.
• Coordinate and supervise school transport and the school transport assistance scheme (STAS).
• Assess regulatory matters relating to Driver Authorisation and Operator Accreditation under legislation and delegated authority.
