Responsibilities

• Deliver frontline customer service including investigating and resolving difficult complaints.
• Provide advice to industry and stakeholders on legislation, policy and delivery.
• Monitor data systems to ensure accountability and governance.
• Coordinate and supervise school transport and the School Transport Assistance Scheme (STAS).
• Assess regulatory matters relating to Driver Authorisation and Operator Accreditation.
• Monitor performance under service contracts with emphasis on compliance and operational delivery.
