• Deliver frontline customer service including investigating complaints and providing information and advice to customers and stakeholders.
• Administering a range of passenger transport products, including exercising delegated authority to assess applications and determine outcomes in accordance with relevant legislation, policy and procedures.
• Supporting the delivery of school transport services, including administering the School Transport Assistance Scheme (STAS).
• Assisting with performance monitoring of service contracts and accreditations.
• Maintaining your knowledge and understanding of procedural and legislative guidelines.
