Job summary

Department of Transport and Main Roads QLD in Buderim is seeking an AO3 Operations Support Officer to support daily operations of the unit. You will liaise with stakeholders, manage frontline customer service, and administer passenger transport products in line with legislation and policy.

You will also assist with School Transport Assistance Scheme (STAS) administration and monitor service contracts and accreditations while keeping up to date with procedural guidelines.

Qualifications

• Frontline customer service experience.
• Ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of passenger transport policy and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work in a small team to coordinate unit operations with stakeholders.
• Deliver frontline customer service, investigate complaints and provide information and advice.
