Qualifications

• Experience in operations coordination, administration, mobilisation or workforce planning.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail across records, reporting, compliance, billing and administration.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• A professional, flexible and responsive approach to changing operational and customer requirements.
• A commitment to safe work practices, confidentiality and customer-focused service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily labour, equipment and resource requirements to support safe and efficient service delivery.
• Support workforce planning, personnel scheduling, fleet requirements, shutdowns, maintenance activities and project mobilisation.
• Coordinate employee mobilisation, including flights, accommodation, travel, site access, inductions and pre-mobilisation requirements.
• Maintain accurate records for licences, VOCs, competencies, medicals, onboarding and training matrices.
• Prepare and process timesheets, payroll information, customer invoices, purchase orders and supporting documentation.
• Provide clear operational updates, respond to customer enquiries and escal risks before they affect service delivery.
• Maintain operational reports, document control and administrative processes in an accurate and audit-ready manner.
• Promote safe work practices and support company and customer HSEQ requirements.
