Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating operations, administration and mobilisation.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail across records, reporting and compliance.
• Confident written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
• Flexible and responsive approach to changing requirements.
• Commitment to safe work practices and customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily labour, equipment and resources for service delivery.
• Support workforce planning, scheduling, fleet requirements and mobilisation.
• Coordinate employee mobilisation, flights, accommodation and site access.
• Maintain licences, competencies, medicals, onboarding and training matrices.
• Prepare timesheets, payroll information and customer invoices.
• Provide operational updates and respond to customer inquiries and risks.
• Maintain operational reports and document control.
• Promote safety and ensure HSEQ requirements are met.
