Freo Group Pty Ltd in Australia seeks an organised Operations Coordinator to support Newman operations. The role combines office-based planning with onsite coordination, reporting to the Superintendent and supervising teams to ensure safe, efficient crane and lifting services.

You will manage labour, mobilisations, site access and client requirements, while maintaining records and supporting billing processes. A proactive, solution-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating operations, mobilisation and scheduling.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and good stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate labour, equipment and operational resources.
• Support workforce planning, scheduling and site access.
• Maintain training, competency and compliance records.
• Prepare customer invoices and support month-end billing.
