Seek is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of hospitality stores across Melbourne. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to drive performance, guest experience and team capability in a high-volume environment.

You will partner with store leaders to strengthen accountability, optimize operations and deliver sustainable growth for a multi-venue portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality operations across multiple venues or concepts.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to interpret results.
• Proven track record in coaching and developing managers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across a portfolio of hospitality stores.
• Coach and hold venue leaders accountable for performance and standards.
• Build leadership capability and develop high-performing teams.
• Oversee revenue, labour, cost control and profitability across venues.
• Interpret financial results and implement targeted improvement plans.
• Ensure service, product quality and guest experience standards.
• Oversee recruitment, workforce planning and talent development.
• Lead openings, business transformation and major projects.
• Maintain food safety, liquor licensing and workplace safety compliance.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve operating efficiency and support growth.
• Maintain regular presence across the portfolio during peak periods.
