Job summary

Recruitment Advisory Services Australia is seeking an Operations Manager to run the day-to-day across its network of Melbourne restaurants. You’ll work directly with the founders, and your impact on the brand will be real and visible.

As a senior role, you’ll manage operations, suppliers and financials, visit each venue monthly, and help shape processes, pricing, delivery platforms and POS, while negotiating with suppliers. You will also support opening new sites and lead the operations team.

Qualifications

• Senior Operations Manager with multi-venue or QSR experience.
• Experience opening new restaurants is highly regarded, especially in a franchise model.
• Able to manage operations, suppliers and financials and visit venues monthly.
• Practical, approachable and able to uphold agreed standards across the brand.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations across the network of restaurants.
• Oversee suppliers, financials, and menu costing; optimize systems and POS.
• Visit every Melbourne restaurant monthly and ensure consistency.
• Shaping operations by reviewing processes and implementing better systems.
• Lead the operations support team and assist with opening new restaurants.
