Recruitment Advisory Services Australia is seeking an Operations Manager to run the day-to-day across its network of Melbourne restaurants. You’ll work directly with the founders, and your impact on the brand will be real and visible.

As a senior role, you’ll manage operations, suppliers and financials, visit each venue monthly, and help shape processes, pricing, delivery platforms and POS, while negotiating with suppliers. You will also support opening new sites and lead the operations team.

Qualifikationen

• Senior Operations Manager with multi-venue or QSR experience.
• Experience opening new restaurants is highly regarded, especially in a franchise model.
• Able to manage operations, suppliers and financials and visit venues monthly.
• Practical, approachable and able to uphold agreed standards across the brand.

$135,000 base + super | Car allowance | Half-price meals

Take the operation to the next level

A well-loved Melbourne hospitality brand is looking for an Operations Manager to run the day-to-day across its network of restaurants. You’ll work directly with the founders, and your impact on the brand will be real and visible.

What you’ll do

You’ll be out in the stores, working with the teams, keeping standards high and consistent across the brand. You’ll be the go-to person for restaurants on operations, suppliers and financials, and you’ll visit every Melbourne restaurant each month.

You’ll also have the chance to shape how the business runs: reviewing processes, introducing better systems, looking after menu costing and engineering, delivery platforms and the POS, and negotiating with suppliers.

As the business grows, you’ll help open new restaurants and take on new opportunities. You’ll also lead the operations support team.

What you’ll bring

This is a senior role, not an entry-level one, so you’ll need to be an established Operations Manager with significant experience in a multi-venue and/or QSR environment.

You’ll be practical, approachable and confident holding people to agreed standards. Experience opening new restaurants is highly regarded as is experience in a franchise model.
