Job summary

SRG Hospitality in Sydney seeks an Operations Manager to own the operational performance of a cluster of up to four venues, reporting directly to the F&B Director and working alongside the Executive Chef. This is a senior leadership position within a fast-paced, multi-site group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a multi-venue hospitality operation.
• Strong capability in labour, rostering, forecasting and cost control.
• Working knowledge of HIGA / Restaurant Industry Award and Fair Work obligations.
• Solid understanding of NSW liquor laws (RSA) and compliance.
• Proven leadership under pressure with coaching and succession planning.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Own operational performance of a cluster of up to four venues.
• Drive labour efficiency, rostering optimization and cost control across the cluster.
• Lead Restaurant Managers and develop a strong succession bench.
• Identify early operational signals and take proactive action.
• Maintain audit-ready compliance with Liquor & Gaming NSW, Fair Work and awards.
• Provide accurate, timely operational insights to the F&B Director.
