Qualifications

• Proven experience in providing operational and administrative support (calendar management, meetings/conferences coordination, correspondence).
• Ability to build relationships with leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience developing and maintaining operational procedures and templates.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support including calendar management, meetings coordination, and preparation/distribution of correspondence.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with leadership staff and stakeholders.
• Support development and maintenance of procedures, processes, and templates for efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate travel for staff, students, visitors and groups, ensuring policy compliance.
• Contribute to the University’s strategic plan and service improvements through collaboration and responsiveness.
