Job summary

Flinders University in Darwin invites an experienced Operational Support Officer to join the RRH team. Based at the Darwin Casuarina campus, you will deliver high quality operational and administrative support and coordinate conferences, events and stakeholder visits.

You will provide executive support to leadership staff, help refine procedures, and ensure consistent service delivery across the discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience providing operational and administrative support in a complex environment.
• Ability to coordinate events, travel, facilities and resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication; stakeholder engagement.
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and capable of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support including calendar management and meeting/conference coordination.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with leadership and stakeholders.
• Support development and maintenance of procedures, templates and workflows for efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, students and visitors while adhering to policies.
