Flinders University is seeking a proactive Operational Support Officer to join the Operational Support team and deliver high quality operational and administrative support to the Discipline of Rural and Remote Health (RRH) at Flinders University.

Based at the Darwin Casuarina campus, this role coordinates operational activities including conferences and events, and provides executive support to leadership staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing operational and administrative support in a complex organisation.
• Coordination of events, travel, facilities and resources within a large institution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support including calendar management and meetings coordination.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence and maintain operating procedures and templates.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, students, visitors and groups while ensuring policy compliance.
