Flinders University, Darwin Casuarina campus, is seeking an organized Operational Support Officer for the Discipline of Rural and Remote Health. The role delivers high-quality operational and administrative support, coordinating conferences, events, and stakeholder visits, while providing executive support to leadership staff.

Based at Darwin Casuarina, you will help improve procedures and systems to ensure consistent service delivery across RRH, contributing to the university’s Changing Lives

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing operational and administrative support in a complex organisation.
• Experience coordinating events, travel and facilities.
• Ability to interpret policies and maintain high accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Providing operational and administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparing correspondence.
• Building and maintaining relationships with leadership staff and key stakeholders.
• Maintaining operational procedures, processes and templates for efficient service delivery.
• Coordinating travel arrangements for staff, students, visitors and groups in line with policies.
