Flinders University in Darwin seeks an Operational Support Officer to provide high-quality operational and administrative support to the Rural and Remote Health discipline. You will coordinate events, meetings and travel, support leadership staff, and contribute to improving procedures and templates for consistent service delivery.
The role requires strong organisation, stakeholder engagement and professional communication.
Formación
- Proven experience providing operational and administrative support within a complex organisation.
- Experience coordinating events and travel for staff, students, visitors.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Responsabilidades
- Provide operational and administrative support including calendar management and meeting/conference coordination.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence.
- Build relationships with leadership staff and stakeholders.
- Support development and maintenance of procedures, templates for consistent service.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, students, visitors and groups.
