Flinders Rural and Remote Health NT, based at the Darwin Casuarina campus, seeks an organised Operational Support Officer to deliver high-quality operational and administrative support to the Discipline of Rural and Remote Health (RRH).

In this role you will coordinate conferences and events, travel arrangements, and provide executive support to leadership staff. You will contribute to improving procedures and systems to ensure consistent service delivery across the discipline.

Qualificações

• Proven experience providing operational and administrative support in a complex organisation.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Providing operational and administrative support, including calendar management, coordination of meetings and conferences, and preparation/distribution of correspondence.
• Building and maintaining effective working relationships with leadership staff and key stakeholders.
• Supporting development and maintenance of operational procedures, processes and templates for efficient service delivery.
• Coordinating travel arrangements for staff, students, visitors and groups in line with university policies.
