Flinders University in Darwin (Rural and Remote Health NT) is seeking a proactive Operational Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative support to the Discipline of Rural and Remote Health. The role is based at the Darwin Casuarina campus and covers calendar management, meetings, conferences, and stakeholder coordination.

You will help develop and maintain operational procedures, coordinate travel, and work with leadership to ensure effective service delivery across the discipline.

Qualificações

• Proven experience providing operational and administrative support in a complex environment.
• Experience coordinating events, travel, facilities, resources and business operations.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of contemporary administrative systems, software and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Providing operational and administrative support, including calendar management, coordination of meetings and conferences, and the preparation and distribution of correspondence.
• Building and maintaining effective working relationships with leadership staff and key stakeholders.
• Supporting the development and ongoing maintenance of operational procedures, processes and templates to support efficient service delivery.
• Coordinating travel arrangements for staff, students, visitors and groups, ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures.
