Flinders University is seeking an Operational Support Officer to join the Operational Support team at the Darwin Casuarina campus, delivering high quality operational and administrative support to the Discipline of Rural and Remote Health.

The role coordinates events, conferences and travel for staff and visitors, provides executive support to leadership staff, and helps improve procedures and templates to ensure consistent service delivery across the discipline.

Formación

• Proven experience providing operational and administrative support in a complex organisation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and quality service delivery.
• Experience coordinating conferences, events and travel in a university or similar environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational and administrative support including calendar management, meeting/conference coordination, and drafting correspondence.
• Build and maintain relationships with leadership staff and key stakeholders.
• Support development and maintenance of procedures, processes and templates for efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, students and visitors in line with policies.
