Flinders University Darwin Casuarina campus is seeking an Operational Support Officer to provide high-quality operational and administrative support to the Discipline of Rural and Remote Health (RRH). You will coordinate conferences, events, travel, and executive support for leadership staff, contributing to improved procedures and service delivery.

Based at Darwin, you will build relationships with leaders and stakeholders, manage calendars, meetings, and templates, and help ensure compliance

Competenze

• Proven experience providing operational and administrative support within a complex organisation.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of administrative systems, software and policies.

Mansioni

• Provide operational and administrative support including calendar management, meetings and conference coordination, and preparation of correspondence.
• Build and maintain relationships with leadership staff and key stakeholders.
• Support development and maintenance of procedures, processes and templates for efficient service delivery.
