Flinders University seeks an Operational Support Officer for Rural and Remote Health, based at the Darwin Casuarina campus. The role delivers high-quality operational and administrative support to the RRH discipline, coordinating conferences, events and stakeholder visits, and providing executive support to leadership staff.

The successful candidate will contribute to continuous improvement of procedures and ensure aligned, effective service delivery across the discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience providing operational and administrative support in a complex organisation.
• Ability to coordinate events, travel, facilities and business operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with contemporary administrative systems, policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational and administrative support including calendar management, meetings and conferences, and distribution of correspondence.
• Build and maintain relationships with leadership staff and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, processes and templates for efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, students and visitors in line with policies.
