Flinders University’s Rural and Remote Health division is seeking an organised Operational Support Officer to deliver high-quality operational and administrative support at the Darwin Casuarina campus. The role includes coordinating conferences, events and travel, while providing executive support to leadership staff and developing efficient procedures.

Competenze

• Proven experience providing operational and administrative support, including coordinating events, travel, facilities, resources and business operations within a complex organisation.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of contemporary administrative systems, software and processes, with the ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures to support efficient service delivery and continuous improvement.

Mansioni

• Providing operational and administrative support, including calendar management, coordination of meetings and conferences, and the preparation and distribution of correspondence.
• Building and maintaining effective working relationships with leadership staff and key stakeholders.
• Supporting the development and ongoing maintenance of operational procedures, processes and templates to support efficient and consistent service delivery.
• Coordinating travel arrangements for staff, students, visitors and groups, ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures.
