Flinders University is seeking an Operational Support Officer in the Rural and Remote Health unit, based at Darwin Casuarina campus. This fixed-term, full-time role supports the Discipline of Rural and Remote Health with calendar management, travel, conferences and executive assistance to leadership staff.

The position contributes to improving procedures and service delivery across the discipline. Applicants should demonstrate strong organisation, communication and problem-solving abilities,

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing operational and administrative support in a complex organisation.
• Experience coordinating events, travel, facilities, resources and business operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Providing operational and administrative support, including calendar management, coordination of meetings and conferences, and the preparation and distribution of correspondence.
• Building and maintaining effective working relationships with leadership staff and key stakeholders.
• Supporting the development and ongoing maintenance of operational procedures, processes and templates to support efficient service delivery.
• Coordinating travel arrangements for staff, students, visitors and groups, ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures.
