Job summary

Cleanaway Waste Management in Dandenong South, VIC, seeks an adaptable administrator for permanent full-time work. You will support payroll, invoicing, and daily service scheduling, coordinating with owner drivers, branch staff and contractors to ensure accurate processing and timely reporting.

You will gain exposure across finance, payroll, logistics and continuous improvement while upholding safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to use Microsoft Office and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating owner driver invoice administration and processing
• Supporting payroll activities and ensuring work orders are accurately processed
• Coordinating daily service schedules and operational activities
• Monitoring operational performance, productivity and fleet utilisation
• Supporting reporting, continuous improvement initiatives and business opportunities
• Assisting the Branch Manager with facilities and branch administration
