Job summary

HR Partners is seeking a highly organised administrative professional to join a major Intermodal/Transport operation in Australia. You will support site operations, payroll, and subcontractor invoicing while maintaining financial integrity and strong customer relationships.

This role requires a calm, process-driven approach, the ability to manage competing priorities, and proactive coaching of staff. The position is a 6-month temp opportunity with potential to go permanent, based at Chullora.

Qualifications

• Must have administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience completing payroll and reconciling subcontractor invoices.
• Strong attention to detail with financial accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Own daily administrative processes and distribution records (run sheets, PODs).
• Ensure branch payroll and subcontractor invoice reconciliation is completed accurately.
• Act as contact for external customers, handle service requests within 24 hours, build stakeholder relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement and provide guidance to administrative staff; support branch transition projects.
• Uphold company policies, participate in safety resolution, and support injury-free workplace.
