Job summary

Cleanaway in Ballarat is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day site operations, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm. You will coordinate driver runs, handle customer inquiries and collaborate with drivers, customers and internal teams to keep the site running smoothly.

Ideal candidates come from administration, customer service, logistics, transport or warehousing with strong communication, solid IT skills and a genuine desire to grow a long-term career with Cleanaway.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with drivers and workshop staff regarding fleet maintenance and servicing
• Assisting with payroll reporting and administration using Kronos (can teach!)
• Preparing operational reports and supporting site administration
• General office coordination and other administrative duties as required

The Opportunity

Join our Ballarat team in a varied and rewarding Operations Coordinator role. Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the site while working closely with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders.

• Coordinating and scheduling daily driver runs
