Job summary

Cleanaway invites applications for an Operations Coordinator at our Ballarat site. You will support day-to-day operations, schedule driver runs, and handle customer inquiries while collaborating with drivers and workshop staff.

Working hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with Kronos payroll reporting assistance and opportunities to grow with Australia’s leading sustainable waste management company.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service, logistics or warehousing preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel.
• Experience with payroll reporting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily driver runs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and manage enquiries.
• Liaise with drivers and workshop staff on fleet maintenance.
• Assist with payroll reporting and administration using Kronos.
• Prepare operational reports and site administration tasks.
• General office coordination and other duties as required.
