Job summary

Flinders University is seeking a proactive Operational Support Officer to join the Operational Support team at Darwin Casuarina campus. You will deliver high‑quality operational and administrative support to the Discipline of Rural and Remote Health, coordinating conferences, events and stakeholder visits, while providing executive support to leadership staff.

Based in Darwin, this fixed-term, full-time role contributes to improving procedures, systems and templates for consistent service

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing operational and administrative support in a complex organisation.
• Ability to coordinate conferences, events and stakeholder visits.
• Experience delivering executive support to leadership staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support, including calendar management and meeting/conference coordination.
• Build and maintain relationships with leadership and key stakeholders.
• Support development and maintenance of procedures, templates and processes.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, students, visitors and groups.
