Darwin Flinders University seeks an proactive Operational Support Officer for the Rural and Remote Health discipline. You will deliver high quality operational and administrative support to RRH, coordinate calendars, meetings, conferences, and stakeholder visits, and contribute to improving procedures at the Darwin Casuarina campus.

The role involves supporting leadership, coordinating travel, and maintaining processes to ensure consistent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing operational and administrative support within a complex organisation.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of contemporary administrative systems and processes.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational and administrative support, including calendar management, meetings and conference coordination, and distribution of correspondence.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with leadership and stakeholders.
• Support development and maintenance of operational procedures, processes and templates.
• Coordinate travel arrangements ensuring policy compliance.
