Corin Group is seeking an ICT Customer Support Officer to provide onsite IT support across our Australian operations in Sydney. You will handle end-user issues, provisioning, and infrastructure maintenance while aligning with global IT strategy.

You will collaborate with teams in Australia and the UK, ensuring compliant, reliable IT services and contributing to projects and security standards. This is a proactive, hands-on role in a collaborative international environment.

Qualifications

• IT degree or equivalent in information technology.
• 2–3 years in IT support, service desk, or infrastructure.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies and IT infrastructure best practices.
• Strong English communication and customer focus.

Responsabilités

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support across Australia and manage helpdesk tickets.
• Support onboarding of new employees: provisioning equipment, system access, and workstation setup.
• Collaborate with Global IT to support and deliver Corin's technology strategy.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure issues.
• Maintain and support local IT infrastructure: desktops, servers, telephony, networking, and business apps.
• Contribute to IT projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure local IT processes align with global standards and ISO 13485/27001.
