Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a Desktop Support Officer to provide onsite technical support to customers in Sydney. The role is full-time and requires you to be onsite, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service across a range of devices and networks.

You will work with both mac and PC environments, advancing problem resolution, documenting processes, and coordinating with specialist teams for server and network elements while fostering strong customer relationships.
