Job summary

Corin is seeking an experienced ICT Customer Support Officer to provide onsite IT support across our Australian operations in Sydney. You will be the first point of contact for IT requests, provisioning equipment, and ensuring systems run smoothly in alignment with our global IT strategy.

Working with colleagues in Australia and the UK, you will resolve hardware, software, networking and user issues, contribute to IT projects, and help maintain ISO 13485 and ISO 27001 compliance.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years' experience in IT support, service desk, or infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on with Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, 365, Outlook/Exchange, Azure.
• Broad IT infrastructure understanding and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, customer focus, and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests across Australia, managing helpdesk tickets.
• Assist onboarding of new employees, including provisioning equipment and access.
• Collaborate with Global IT to deliver Corin's technology strategy.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, networking issues.
• Maintain local IT infrastructure and participate in projects and improvements.
• Create technical documentation and ensure ISO 13485/ISO 27001 compliance.
