Corin is looking for an ICT Customer Support Officer to provide onsite IT support across its Australian operations. You will handle end-user hardware, software, infrastructure, and services while aligning with Corin's global IT strategy.

You will work with teams in Australia and the UK to ensure reliable systems, support onboarding, manage incidents, and contribute to projects that improve IT delivery and compliance with ISO 13485 and ISO 27001.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Approximately 2-3 years' experience in an IT support, service desk, or infrastructure support role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Outlook/Exchange.
• Experience supporting networking technologies, Cisco environments, and virtualization platforms such as VMware and Veeam.
• Broad understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and support best practices.
• Exposure to IT projects and technology rollouts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and collaborate across international teams.

Responsabilités

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests across Australia, managing helpdesk tickets and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist onboarding of new employees, provisioning equipment, system access, and workstation setup.
• Collaborate with the Global IT team to deliver Corin's technology strategy.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure issues.
• Maintain local IT infrastructure including desktops, servers, telephony, networking, and business applications.
• Contribute to IT projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure local IT processes align with global standards and are followed.
• Perform routine operational tasks including backup, recovery, documentation, and system maintenance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
