CFC Underwriting on the Gold Coast is seeking a hands-on IT support professional to own onsite technology support for our Australia operations and Global Security Services partners. The EUT Services & Infrastructure Support Engineer will manage Microsoft 365, identity management, endpoint technologies, networking and meeting room systems, providing proactive, customer‑focused IT help across Australia.

Formación

• Experience in desktop support or End User Tech environments.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Entra ID and endpoint technologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite, walk-up and remote IT support across Australia.
• Manage incidents and service requests to resolution.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and device deployment.
